To request assistance from the Clear Lake Lions, please follow these steps.

1. Click the appropriate request type (Individual or Organization) from the Menu at the left
2. Fill out the form as completely as possible
3. Click the submit button.

After clicking the submit button on the bottom of the form, an email will be sent to the Clear Lake Lions and a copy of the email will be sent to you. Someone from the Lions will contact you to schedule a date for you to present your request to the club. You will have between 5 and 7 minutes to present your request. After presenting the club may ask some follow up questions. When you are done and there are no further questions you will be free to go. The club will discuss your request and someone will contact you within a few days with the clubs decision.
